!SPOILERS! Hello! this was a really creepy game, with nice atmosphere and build up, I love the retro style, but in my opinion, when the monster showed up it wasn't all too scary, It was freaky to hear him lockpicking the door, that freaked me out, but when he came in and chased after me, it really wasn't all too scary to me, maybe if you made the lights turn off so you're left in the dark, or if the murderer screamed and ran at the player, It was just really silent and the murderer didn't feel intimidating, also, it would have been really cool if you could escape the murderer by running outside and into a car or something like that. the flashing border effect was really cool, as well.

Hi there, unfortunately I could not finish my playthrough since I got stuck and did not know how to continue. If you tell me how, I gladly try it again because I love these kind of games and want to do Bloody Nightshift justice.
I could not let it go, I went and finished it. I think there was a little too much story for such a short game but I had such a blast that I would still recommend this a lot. Also, that sweeping animation/task was weirdly satisfying.

I couldn't get anything to work properly in this game. Opening the door was weird. Picking up the note leaves you stuck. It says to press Esc to close it but that closes the whole game. Can't pick up the broom either. That's as far as I made it before giving up. Couldn't open the other door either. I don't know if the key is needed for that but you also can't pick the key back up if you drop it.
The game is aright, but, if you are starting to make games, probably better to make them based on general mechanics, rather then based on someone's work. I understand, you might enjoy "Puppet Combo", but you can make something based on their game design and mechanics, not story and overall look. At least, that's how game developing works correctly. Good game, not bad, but not amazing.
